Job Description:
- Installation of all types of POS Machines.
- Preparing terminals (Downloading) as per bank specifications and steps.
- Carry out the repairing of POS terminals.
- Perform support service per client's pre-defines/location specific service process.
- Perform any other tasks as directed by the reporting manager.
- Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved to keep workflow on track.
- Provide IT support for all POS installations and implementations.
- Work with onsite tech vendors and/or technicians.
- Performs technical and administrative work in supporting and maintaining the Point of Sales (POS) systems and related devices for our Clients.
- Test to ensure that all peripherals are integrated with the POS application.
- Perform any needed software integration.
Qualification:
- Any bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 1-5 years of experience.
- Must have Oman driving license and own car.
